SERATA is a nonprofit organization located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah that promotes gender equality through involved fatherhood and shared responsibilities at home. We are a registered organization under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia since 14 December 2018.

MISSION
SERATA works to dismantle long-held socially constructed gender roles and promote gender equality by engaging men and boys in partnership with women and girls.
VISION
Equal representation and fair division of tasks of both genders at work and in the home to reflect true partnership and respect.

Inclusivity – Consider / include those who may otherwise be excluded
Empathy – To understand another’s perspective or circumstance whether or not we agree
